justify;\"\u003E　　歷年來的發電機組數量不一，因此我將用煤量除以機組數以方便排名，從下表可以看出來，中火隨至著經濟發展燃煤量越來越大，中火史上用煤量的前三大皆在胡志強時期，在2014年時來到了史上最高峰1,839萬公噸，換句通俗的話：火力全開。此高峰後用煤量持續減少，在2015年中火史上首次因應空汙降載，2016年台中市通過生煤管制條例，2017年中火核准的生煤量大減500萬公噸，這也是中火首次進行減煤。\u003Cbr
